Flying Across the Grand Canyon

Kim and I ended up getting to tag along on a helicopter flight across the Grand Canyon to the Bar 10 Ranch. The Bar 10 Ranch is located on the north rim of the Grand Canyon not too far from Vulcan's Throne (the volcanic field). Being very isolated, an 80 mile drive down a dirt road to Southern Utah is the only way to drive in. So getting a chance to see the ranch was very cool, cause we never would have otherwise had the chance. Kim and I hung out at the ranch all morning while our pilot flew laps taking rafters from the Colorado River to the ranch where they will take a small plane to Las Vegas Airport.
